The Tri-Valley Conference portion of the basketball schedule ended today and with that, we get to crown some divisional champions.

The boys’ basketball post-season begins next week, but the boys’ teams of the Tri-Valley were officially crowned today.

In the TVC-Red, Freeland finished first in the division with a 13-1 record just two games ahead of Frankenmuth.

With Millington’s win over Bullock Creek and Standish’s win over Hemlock, the TVC-Blue finished with a three-way tie for first place.  Millington, Bullock Creek, and Standish finished with a 5-3 divisional record.

Nouvel Catholic Central seized 1st place in the TVC-White with their win over Michigan Lutheran Seminary on Thursday evening.

On the girls’ side of the conference, Frankenmuth finished with a perfect 14-0 record to win the TVC-Red.

Hemlock also had a perfect divisional record, finishing 8-0 to win the TVC-Blue.

The St. Louis Sharks had just one loss against seven wins to finish in first place in the TVC-White.
